• No Snitching: What happens in the Mafia stays in the Mafia. No leaks, no excuses.
• Keep It Clean: No racism, sexism, or hate speech. Dishonor gets you kicked.
• Discord TOS Applies: We're underground, not lawless. Discord rules still apply.
• Red & Black Loyalty: Wear our colors with pride. Represent the Family or don’t show up.

🎮 In-Game Conduct (ERLC Ops)

• Respect Host Server Rules: We operate in their servers. Don’t ruin our rep.
• Stick to the Plan: Only act on approved missions: hits, robberies, takeovers.
• No Solo Mayhem: We move as a crew. Lone wolves get cut.
• Mafia First, Friends Later: No loyalty outside the Family.
• Don’t Get Caught Slipping: Stay smart, stay silent, stay alive.

🎭 Event Rules (Raids, Heists, RP)

• Red & Black Uniforms: No colors, no entry. Uniform is mandatory for ops.
• Follow Event Leaders: Chain of command matters. No going rogue.
• Keep It Real: Roleplay seriously. No trolling, no clowning.
• No Cross-Fire: Don’t hurt allies unless ordered. Internal hits need clearance.
• Capture the Moment: Screenshots or clips may be required for proof or promo.

• Warnings: First strike.
• Strikes: Three and you're gone.
• Blacklist: Serious violations = permanent exile.
